1. 기기에 저장되는 정보
MellowGomoku는 게임 기능 제공을 위해 설정, 온보딩 상태, 진행 중인 대국 상태, 대국 기록과 복기 정보, 연승 등 플레이 진행 정보, 광고 제거 구매 상태의 로컬 캐시 등 필요한 데이터를 기기에 저장할 수 있습니다.
NICECHANN STUDIO는 이 로컬 게임 데이터를 수집하기 위한 별도의 MellowGomoku 계정 시스템이나 자체 게임 백엔드를 운영하지 않습니다.
2. Apple Game Center
MellowGomoku는 Game Center 로그인, 매칭 및 온라인 대국 기능을 위해 Apple Game Center를 사용할 수 있습니다. Game Center를 사용할 때 관련 정보는 Apple의 약관 및 개인정보 보호 정책에 따라 Apple이 처리합니다.
3. 인앱 구매
MellowGomoku는 광고 제거를 위한 비소모성 인앱 구매를 제공할 수 있습니다. 구매 및 구매 복원은 Apple의 StoreKit과 App Store를 통해 처리됩니다. NICECHANN STUDIO는 사용자의 결제 카드 정보를 직접 수신하거나 저장하지 않습니다.
4. 광고
무료 버전의 MellowGomoku는 Google Mobile Ads SDK를 사용해 전면 광고 또는 보상형 광고를 표시할 수 있습니다. 지역, 기기 설정, 사용자의 동의 선택 및 Google 서비스 구성에 따라 Google은 광고 제공, 부정 사용 방지, 측정 및 관련 기능을 위해 기기 식별자, IP 주소, 광고 데이터, 앱 상호작용, 진단 또는 성능 정보 등을 처리할 수 있습니다.

5. 광고 동의 관리
MellowGomoku는 적용되는 지역에서 광고 관련 동의를 요청하거나 관리하기 위해 Google User Messaging Platform(UMP)을 사용할 수 있습니다. 개인정보 또는 동의 옵션은 지역과 적용되는 요구사항에 따라 표시될 수 있습니다.
6. 정보 공유 및 판매
NICECHANN STUDIO는 사용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 앱 기능 제공에 필요한 범위에서 Apple은 Game Center 및 StoreKit 관련 정보를, Google은 광고 및 동의 관리 관련 정보를 각자의 정책에 따라 처리할 수 있습니다.
7. 보관 및 삭제
앱이 기기에 저장한 게임 데이터는 앱에서 변경되거나, iOS의 앱 데이터 관리 과정 또는 앱 삭제를 통해 제거될 때까지 기기에 남을 수 있습니다. Apple 또는 Google이 처리하는 정보의 보관 및 삭제는 각 서비스의 정책을 따릅니다.
8. 아동의 개인정보
MellowGomoku는 아동을 대상으로 개인정보를 별도로 수집하는 계정 서비스를 운영하지 않습니다. 개인정보 처리와 관련해 검토가 필요한 상황이 있다고 판단되면 아래 연락처로 문의해 주세요.
9. 개인정보처리방침의 변경
앱 기능, SDK 또는 관련 서비스가 변경될 경우 본 개인정보처리방침도 변경될 수 있습니다. 변경 시 이 페이지에 새로운 시행일과 함께 게시합니다.

Privacy Policy

1. Information Stored on Your Device
MellowGomoku may store information needed for gameplay locally on your device, including settings, onboarding state, an active match, game records and replay information, streak/progress information, and a local cache of the Remove Ads entitlement.
NICECHANN STUDIO does not operate a separate MellowGomoku account system or gameplay backend that collects this local gameplay data.
2. Apple Game Center
MellowGomoku may use Apple Game Center for sign-in, matchmaking, and online multiplayer features. When you use Game Center, related information is processed by Apple according to Apple's terms and privacy practices.
3. In-App Purchases
MellowGomoku may offer a non-consumable in-app purchase to remove advertising. Purchases and restoration are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. NICECHANN STUDIO does not receive or store your payment card details.
4. Advertising
The free version of MellowGomoku may display interstitial or rewarded advertising using Google Mobile Ads SDK. Depending on your region, device settings, consent choices, and Google's services, Google may process information such as device identifiers, IP address, advertising data, app interactions, diagnostics, or performance information for ad delivery, fraud prevention, measurement, and related purposes.

5. Consent Management
MellowGomoku may use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) where applicable to request or manage advertising consent. Privacy or consent options may be shown depending on your region and applicable requirements.
6. Sharing and Sale of Information
NICECHANN STUDIO does not sell your personal information. Apple may process Game Center and StoreKit information, and Google may process advertising and consent-management information, as necessary to provide those services and according to their respective policies.
7. Retention and Deletion
Gameplay data stored by the app may remain on your device until it is changed by the app, removed through iOS app-data management, or deleted when the app and its local data are removed. Information processed by Apple or Google is retained and deleted according to those services' policies.
8. Children's Privacy
MellowGomoku does not operate a separate account service designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe information has been handled in a way that requires review, please contact us.
9. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the app, its SDKs, or related services change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
