Short version: SudokuLearnLogic does not require an account, does not contain advertising or tracking SDKs, and does not send your puzzle progress or settings to Nicechann Studio.

1. Information collected by the app

SudokuLearnLogic does not ask you to create an account and does not request personal information such as your name, email address, contacts, precise location, photos, health data, or payment information.

2. Local app data

The app stores information needed for its features locally on your device. This may include learning progress, completed lessons, practice results, app settings, and saved Sudoku game state. This data is used only to provide the app's functionality and is not transmitted by SudokuLearnLogic to Nicechann Studio.

3. Analytics, advertising, and tracking

SudokuLearnLogic does not include third-party advertising SDKs, behavioral tracking SDKs, or third-party analytics SDKs. The app does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

4. Network access

The current version of SudokuLearnLogic is designed so that its core learning, coaching, practice, and game features work without sending personal data to Nicechann Studio servers.

5. Apple services and diagnostics

Apple may process technical information related to App Store distribution, downloads, purchases, or device diagnostics according to Apple's own privacy policies and the privacy settings on your Apple device. Nicechann Studio does not control Apple's independent processing of that information.

6. This website

The SudokuLearnLogic website is hosted using GitHub Pages. When you visit these pages, GitHub may process standard web request information such as IP addresses or server logs under GitHub's own privacy practices. The SudokuLearnLogic website does not intentionally use advertising trackers or analytics scripts.

7. Children

SudokuLearnLogic does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app does not require an account or collect personal profile information, no child profile is created by the app.

8. Data retention and deletion

App progress and settings stored by SudokuLearnLogic remain on your device until they are changed, reset within the app where such controls are available, or the app and its local data are removed from the device, subject to iOS backup and restore behavior controlled by Apple and the user.

9. Changes to this policy

If SudokuLearnLogic adds features that materially change how data is handled, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or alongside the relevant app update. The latest version will remain available at this URL.
