This Privacy Policy explains how PinDeck handles information when you use the app.
1. Information We Collect
PinDeck is designed to help you create and manage cards, memos, widgets, and related content on your device. The app does not require you to create a separate PinDeck account.
Content you create in the app, such as cards, memos, images, settings, and related app data, is stored on your device. If you enable iCloud or Apple system sync features, some app data may be synced through Apple services under your Apple ID.
2. Purchases and Subscriptions
PinDeck may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions, such as Pro features. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. PinDeck does not receive or store your full payment card number or Apple ID password.
3. Advertising
PinDeck may include advertising-related code or settings in some versions of the app. When ads are disabled in the app, advertising requests are not loaded by the app. If ads are enabled in a future version, advertising partners may process data according to their own privacy policies and applicable platform permissions.
4. Analytics and Diagnostics
PinDeck may use Apple-provided diagnostics or crash reporting information to help improve app stability and performance. This information is generally provided in an aggregated or diagnostic form and is handled according to Apple’s privacy practices.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your app content with third parties except when necessary to provide app functionality through platform services you choose to use, such as Apple iCloud, App Store purchases, or system diagnostics.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
App data stored locally remains on your device unless you delete it in the app or remove the app from your device. Data synced through iCloud may be managed through your Apple ID, iCloud settings, or device settings.
7. Children’s Privacy
PinDeck is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can review the issue.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
