본 개인정보처리방침은 Nicechann Studio가 제공하는 iOS 앱 MellowLines에 적용됩니다.
MellowLines는 별도의 회원가입을 요구하지 않으며, 개발자가 운영하는 자체 서버로 사용자의 게임 진행 데이터를 전송하지 않습니다. 다만 앱의 기능 제공을 위해 Apple 및 Google의 제3자 서비스를 사용할 수 있습니다.
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to the iOS application MellowLines, provided by Nicechann Studio.
MellowLines does not require a separate account and does not transmit your game progress to a server operated by the developer. The app may use third-party services from Apple and Google to provide specific features.

다음 정보는 앱 기능을 위해 사용자의 기기에 저장될 수 있습니다.
- 퍼즐 진행도와 완료 기록
- 점수, 최고 레벨 및 수집 상태

2. Information Stored on Your Device
The following information may be stored locally to provide app functionality:
- Puzzle progress and completion history
- Scores, highest level, and collection status
- App preferences such as appearance and sound
- Local caches for ad cadence and purchase entitlement
This information is not transmitted to a server operated by the developer.
3. Apple Game Center
사용자가 Game Center를 이용하는 경우 Apple은 플레이어 식별자, 표시 이름, 리더보드 점수 및 순위 등의 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. MellowLines는 랭킹 표시와 기록 제출을 위해 Game Center 기능을 사용합니다.

3. Apple Game Center
If you use Game Center, Apple may process information such as a player identifier, display name, leaderboard scores, and ranking information. MellowLines uses Game Center to display rankings and submit records.
Game Center data is handled according to Apple’s privacy policy and your Apple Account settings.
4. 인앱결제
MellowLines Pro 구매는 Apple StoreKit과 App Store를 통해 처리됩니다. 개발자는 사용자의 카드번호나 결제수단 정보를 직접 수집하거나 확인하지 않습니다.
앱은 Pro 기능 제공을 위해 구매 여부, 거래 검증 결과 및 권한 상태를 확인할 수 있습니다.
4. In-App Purchases
MellowLines Pro purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. The developer does not directly collect or access your card number or payment method.
The app may check purchase status, verified transaction results, and entitlement state to provide Pro features.
5. 광고 및 동의 관리
무료 버전은 Google Mobile Ads SDK와 User Messaging Platform을 사용하여 광고를 제공하고, 필요한 지역에서 개인정보 선택 화면을 표시할 수 있습니다.
서비스 설정, 지역 및 사용자의 동의 선택에 따라 Google은 다음과 같은 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
- IP 주소를 통해 추정되는 대략적 위치
- 기기 또는 광고 식별자
- 광고 노출, 클릭 및 앱 상호작용 정보
- 충돌 로그, 성능 및 진단 정보

5. Advertising and Consent
The free version uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK and User Messaging Platform to provide ads and, where required, display privacy choice forms.
Depending on service configuration, region, and your consent choices, Google may process information including:
- Approximate location inferred from IP address
- Device or advertising identifiers
- Ad impressions, clicks, and app interaction information
- Crash logs, performance, and diagnostic information
The current version of the app does not request Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission. Actual advertising data processing may vary according to your region, consent status, and Google’s policies.

7. 보관 및 삭제
기기에 저장된 앱 데이터는 앱을 사용하는 동안 유지되며, 앱을 삭제하면 제거될 수 있습니다. Game Center 및 App Store 거래 정보는 Apple의 보관 정책과 사용자의 Apple 계정에 따라 관리됩니다. 광고 관련 정보는 Google의 정책에 따라 보관됩니다.
7. Retention and Deletion
Locally stored app data is retained while you use the app and may be removed when the app is deleted. Game Center and App Store transaction information is managed under Apple’s retention policies and your Apple Account. Advertising-related information is retained according to Google’s policies.
8. 아동의 개인정보
MellowLines는 특정 연령의 아동을 대상으로 개인정보를 수집하도록 설계되지 않았습니다. 보호자는 iOS 및 Apple 계정의 자녀 보호 기능을 이용해 Game Center, 인앱결제 및 광고 사용을 관리할 수 있습니다.
8. Children’s Privacy
MellowLines is not designed to collect personal information specifically from children. Parents and guardians can use iOS and Apple Account parental controls to manage Game Center, in-app purchases, and advertising.
