This Privacy Policy explains how MellowLines 2 handles information when you use the app. MellowLines 2 is developed by NICECHANN STUDIO.

1. Information Stored on Your Device
MellowLines 2 stores gameplay information locally on your device so the game can function. This may include level progress, completed puzzles, scores and times, settings, onboarding state, star balance, Hint and Answer Fill balances, purchase-processing identifiers used to prevent duplicate consumable grants, and a cached Pro entitlement state.
NICECHANN STUDIO does not operate a separate MellowLines 2 account system or gameplay backend that collects this local gameplay data.
2. Apple Game Center
MellowLines 2 may use Apple Game Center for authentication, leaderboards, and score submission. When you use Game Center, related information is processed by Apple according to Apple's terms and privacy practices.
3. In-App Purchases
MellowLines 2 offers in-app purchases, including a non-consumable Pro entitlement and optional consumable Hint and Answer Fill packs. Purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. NICECHANN STUDIO does not receive or store your payment card details.
4. Advertising
The free version of MellowLines 2 may display advertising using Google Mobile Ads SDK. Depending on your region, device settings, consent choices, and Google's services, Google may process information such as device identifiers, IP address, advertising data, app interactions, diagnostics, or performance information for ad delivery, fraud prevention, measurement, and related purposes.

5. Consent Management
MellowLines 2 uses Google's User Messaging Platform where applicable to request or manage advertising consent. Privacy or consent options may be shown depending on your region and applicable requirements.
6. Tracking
MellowLines 2 itself does not declare app-level tracking in its Apple privacy manifest. Third-party advertising services may process advertising-related information according to their own policies, your consent choices, and platform settings.
7. Data Sharing
NICECHANN STUDIO does not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by third-party services required for app functionality, including Apple for StoreKit and Game Center, and Google for advertising and consent management.
8. Children
MellowLines 2 is not specifically directed to children. If you believe personal information has been provided in a way that requires review, please contact us.
9. Security and Retention
Gameplay state stored by the app remains on your device until it is changed by the app, removed through app data management, or deleted when the app and its local data are removed, subject to iOS behavior and Apple services.

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the app, its features, or third-party services change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
