Make sure your devices are signed in to the same Apple Account and iCloud is available. Keep iCloud sync enabled in PinDeck, then open PinDeck on both devices and allow a moment for changes to synchronize. On Mac, you can also use the Sync screen to check status and trigger Sync Now.

Edit the widget and confirm the intended PinDeck card is selected. If content still appears stale, open PinDeck once so the latest card data can be loaded, then return to the Home Screen or Lock Screen. Widget refresh timing is also managed by iOS.

Open PinDeck and choose Restore Purchases from the Pro purchase screen or settings. Purchases are processed by Apple and must be restored with the same Apple Account that originally purchased PinDeck Pro.

Eligible users who purchased PinDeck before the free-to-start transition are automatically recognized as Pro. If you believe your access is missing, first try Restore Purchases. If the issue remains, email support with your device platform and app version. Please do not send passwords or payment card information.

The free iOS version may display ads. PinDeck Pro removes ads. The Mac version does not include advertising or tracking SDKs.

PinDeck for Mac supports Quick Capture from the app and keyboard shortcuts. You can also enable the menu bar icon for faster access. Shortcut details are available in PinDeck Settings → Shortcuts.

When App Lock is enabled, authentication is handled by Apple’s system authentication framework. PinDeck does not receive or store your fingerprint, face scan, or biometric template.

Use History to browse past memos by date. On supported iOS versions, PinDeck can also export selected items to Apple Calendar after you grant calendar access.
