Privacy Policy

1. Overview

SudokuBurst does not require you to create an account with Nicechann Studio. The developer does not operate its own server for storing your game progress. Most game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device.

2. Information stored on your device

SudokuBurst may store game progress, best scores, challenge and collection progress, settings, purchase entitlement state, and temporary game state on your device so that the app can provide its features and restore an unfinished game where possible.

3. Advertising and consent

SudokuBurst uses Google AdMob to provide advertising in the free version of the app. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device identifiers, advertising information, product interaction information, IP address, diagnostics, and related technical information for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and app functionality, subject to your region and consent choices.

On supported Apple platforms, access to the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) is subject to Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission. If you do not allow tracking, SudokuBurst does not receive permission to access the IDFA for tracking. Where required, the app also uses Google's User Messaging Platform to collect or update advertising consent choices.

You can review advertising privacy choices from the in-app Privacy Choices option when that option is required and available in your region.

4. Game Center

SudokuBurst supports Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. If you use Game Center, leaderboard scores, achievement progress, and Game Center account-related information are processed by Apple under Apple's terms and privacy policy. Nicechann Studio does not receive your Apple Account password or payment information.

5. In-App Purchases

Purchases and purchase restoration are processed through Apple's StoreKit and the App Store. SudokuBurst checks purchase entitlement information needed to unlock purchased features. Payment credentials and billing details are handled by Apple and are not provided to Nicechann Studio.

6. Third-party services

SudokuBurst uses services provided by third parties. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

• Google Privacy Policy — including Google advertising services such as AdMob.
• Apple Privacy Policy — including Game Center and App Store services.

7. Data control and deletion

You can reset certain local records from within SudokuBurst. Deleting the app generally removes data that is stored only inside the app's local container. Information managed by Apple, such as Game Center records or App Store purchase history, is controlled through Apple's services and account settings. Advertising privacy choices can be reviewed where the app provides the Privacy Choices option.

8. Security

Nicechann Studio aims to limit data handling to what is needed to operate SudokuBurst and relies on platform and third-party service security controls for the services described above. No method of electronic processing or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when SudokuBurst's features, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
