Nicechann Studio(이하 “당사”)는 macOS용 클립보드 관리 앱 StashDeck을 제공합니다. 본 개인정보 처리방침은 StashDeck이 클립보드 콘텐츠와 관련 앱 데이터를 처리하는 방식을 설명합니다.

1. 클립보드 데이터

StashDeck은 사용자가 텍스트, 링크, 이미지 및 파일 참조를 저장·검색·정리·재사용할 수 있도록 해당 클립보드 콘텐츠를 처리합니다. 기본적으로 StashDeck 데이터는 사용자의 Mac에 로컬로 저장됩니다. Nicechann Studio는 클립보드 히스토리를 전송받거나 저장하는 별도 외부 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 사용자의 클립보드 히스토리 내용을 열람하지 않습니다.

2. 선택형 iCloud 동기화

사용자가 iCloud 동기화를 활성화하면 StashDeck은 Apple CloudKit을 사용하여 동일한 iCloud 계정으로 로그인된 Mac 간에 지원되는 StashDeck 데이터를 동기화합니다. 동기화가 활성화된 경우 클립보드 히스토리와 관련 정리 데이터가 Apple 서비스를 통해 사용자의 비공개 iCloud 계정으로 전송되고 저장될 수 있습니다. 해당 데이터는 사용자의 Apple ID 및 iCloud 설정과 Apple의 관련 약관·개인정보 보호정책에 따라 처리됩니다. Nicechann Studio는 CloudKit 서비스를 운영하지 않으며, 클립보드 콘텐츠에 접근하기 위한 별도 개발사 서버를 사용하지 않습니다.

StashDeck 설정에서 iCloud 동기화를 끌 수 있습니다. 앱 실행 시 영구 저장소가 선택되므로 동기화 설정을 변경한 뒤에는 StashDeck을 재시작해야 합니다.

3. 백업

StashDeck은 클립보드 히스토리와 관련 앱 데이터를 포함한 백업 내보내기를 지원합니다. 백업 파일은 사용자가 직접 내보내기를 실행한 경우에만 생성되며, 사용자가 선택한 위치에 저장됩니다. 내보낸 백업 파일의 보호·이동·삭제 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다. 백업을 가져오면 StashDeck은 먼저 가져오기 직전 자동 백업을 생성한 뒤, 현재 로컬 StashDeck 데이터를 가져온 백업 내용으로 교체합니다.

4. 인앱결제

StashDeck은 StashDeck Pro 구매 제공 및 확인을 위해 Apple StoreKit을 사용합니다. 결제 처리와 거래 정보는 Apple이 담당하며, StashDeck은 Pro 기능 활성화에 필요한 구매 권한 상태를 확인합니다. Nicechann Studio는 앱을 통해 사용자의 결제 카드 정보를 전달받지 않습니다.

5. 분석, 광고 및 추적

StashDeck에는 제3자 광고 SDK나 제3자 분석 SDK가 포함되어 있지 않으며, 다른 앱이나 웹사이트에 걸쳐 사용자를 추적하지 않습니다.

6. 데이터 보관 및 삭제

로컬 클립보드 히스토리는 사용자가 개별 항목을 삭제하거나, 히스토리를 비우거나, 앱 기능을 통해 데이터를 복원·교체하거나, 관련 앱 데이터를 제거할 때까지 Mac에 보관됩니다. iCloud 동기화가 활성화된 경우 변경 및 삭제 내용이 Apple CloudKit을 통해 다른 Mac에 동기화될 수 있습니다. Apple의 관련 관리 기능이 제공되는 경우 iCloud 계정 및 저장 공간 설정에서도 StashDeck 데이터를 관리할 수 있습니다.

7. 보안

StashDeck은 macOS App Sandbox와 Apple 플랫폼 서비스를 사용합니다. 어떠한 저장 또는 전송 방식도 완전한 보안을 보장할 수는 없습니다. 필요하지 않은 민감한 클립보드 콘텐츠는 저장하지 않고, StashDeck에서 제공하는 개인정보 보호 및 제외 앱 설정을 사용하는 것을 권장합니다.

8. 처리방침 변경

StashDeck 기능 또는 데이터 처리 방식이 변경되면 본 개인정보 처리방침을 업데이트할 수 있습니다. 최신 업데이트 날짜는 문서 상단에 표시됩니다.

Nicechann Studio ("we," "our," or "us") provides StashDeck, a clipboard management app for macOS. This Privacy Policy explains how StashDeck handles clipboard content and related app data.

1. Clipboard Data

StashDeck processes clipboard content such as text, links, images, and file references so that you can save, search, organize, and reuse them. By default, StashDeck stores this data locally on your Mac. Nicechann Studio does not operate an external server that receives or stores your clipboard history, and we do not access the contents of your clipboard history.

2. Optional iCloud Sync

If you enable iCloud Sync, StashDeck uses Apple CloudKit to synchronize supported StashDeck data across Macs signed in to your iCloud account. Clipboard history and related organization data may be transmitted to and stored in your private iCloud account through Apple’s services. This data is handled according to your Apple ID and iCloud settings and Apple’s applicable terms and privacy policies. Nicechann Studio does not operate the CloudKit service and does not use a separate developer server to access your clipboard content.

You can turn iCloud Sync off in StashDeck Settings. A restart is required after changing the sync setting because the app’s persistent store is selected when StashDeck launches.

3. Backups

StashDeck lets you export a backup containing clipboard history and related app data. Backup files are created only when you choose to export them and are saved to the location you select. You are responsible for protecting, moving, or deleting exported backup files. When you import a backup, StashDeck first creates an automatic pre-import backup and then replaces the current local StashDeck data with the imported backup.

4. In-App Purchases

StashDeck uses Apple StoreKit to offer and verify the StashDeck Pro purchase. Purchase processing and transaction information are handled by Apple. StashDeck reads the entitlement status needed to unlock Pro features. Nicechann Studio does not receive your payment-card information through the app.

5. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

StashDeck does not include third-party advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs, and it does not track you across apps or websites.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Local clipboard history remains on your Mac until you delete individual items, clear history, restore or replace data through app features, or remove the applicable app data. When iCloud Sync is active, changes and deletions may synchronize across your Macs through Apple CloudKit. You may also manage StashDeck data through Apple’s iCloud account and storage controls where those controls are available.

7. Security

StashDeck uses the macOS App Sandbox and Apple platform services. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should avoid saving sensitive clipboard content when it is not needed and use the privacy and excluded-app settings provided by StashDeck.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when StashDeck features or data-handling practices change. The latest update date will be shown at the top of this policy.
