MellowConvert for Mac is developed by Nicechann Studio. This policy explains how information is handled in the macOS version of MellowConvert.
Image and file processing
MellowConvert accesses only the files and folders you choose through macOS controls. Image conversion is performed locally on your Mac. The app does not upload image files or converted results to a Nicechann Studio server.
Information stored on your Mac
The app may store preferences, recent conversion history, output file references, and security-scoped folder bookmarks locally on your Mac. These items are used to restore settings and help you reopen recent results. You can clear conversion history in the app, delete output files in Finder, or remove the app to delete its local app data, subject to macOS behavior and backups you control.
Purchases
Pro purchases and purchase restoration are processed by Apple through the Mac App Store and StoreKit. Nicechann Studio does not receive or store your payment card details. Apple handles purchase records under its own policies.
Network use
MellowConvert does not implement an image upload service. Network access is used for StoreKit product information, purchases, and purchase restoration.
Advertising, analytics, and tracking
The Mac app contains no advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, or cross-app tracking SDK. It does not request App Tracking Transparency permission.
Notifications
Conversion completion notifications are generated locally by macOS. They do not contain uploaded image data.
Support communications
If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, and attachments. We use it only to respond to your request and retain it only as reasonably necessary for support, legal, or security purposes.

We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The latest revision date appears at the top of this page.

구매
Pro 구매와 구매 복원은 Mac App Store 및 Apple StoreKit을 통해 처리됩니다. Nicechann Studio는 결제 카드 정보를 수신하거나 저장하지 않으며 구매 기록은 Apple의 정책에 따라 처리됩니다.
네트워크 사용
MellowConvert는 이미지 업로드 서비스를 제공하지 않습니다. 네트워크 접근은 StoreKit 상품 정보 확인, 구매 및 구매 복원에 사용됩니다.
광고, 분석 및 추적
Mac 앱에는 광고 SDK, 제3자 분석 SDK, 앱 간 추적 SDK가 포함되어 있지 않으며 앱 추적 투명성 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.
알림
변환 완료 알림은 macOS에서 로컬로 생성되며 업로드된 이미지 데이터를 포함하지 않습니다.
